Terms of use
Updated October 17, 2026
These terms are the rules for using Pour, the iPhone app for ranking the wines you try and comparing with friends. By making an account, you agree to them.
Who can use Pour
- You must be 21 or older. When you sign up, you confirm that you are.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
What you post
- Your rankings, notes, comments, name and photos stay yours. You let Pour store and show them to the people the app says can see them, so the app can work.
- Be kind. No harassment, hate, nudity, spam, or pretending to be someone else. Don't post things you don't have the right to share.
- Wines you add join Pour's shared wine list for everyone to use. Pour may fix or merge wine details.
- Pour may remove content or close accounts that break these rules. You can report or block anyone from the menu on their profile.
Wine and responsibility
Pour is for keeping track of wines you've tried and liked. It isn't advice about drinking. Please drink responsibly and follow the law where you are.
The app itself
- Pour is offered as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
- We may change or stop features. If we ever shut Pour down, we'll tell you in the app first.
- As far as the law allows, Pour isn't liable for indirect losses from using the app.
Your privacy
How we handle your information is in the privacy policy.
Leaving
You can delete your account any time in Pour: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
